Our beef is available by the cut, with free delivery! Our range and schedule is listed on our delivery page. Our beef is flash frozen after being dry aged for 21 days. Our freezers are restocked monthly, but please reach out if you'd like a cut that is out of stock!
We are now accepting limited bulk orders for a 1/2 or 1/4 beef. We charge $4.50/lb on the hanging weight, which includes processing and delivery. Please reach out for availability.
